Brad Herda is The Blue-Collar Business Guy, a business coach, consultant, and keynote speaker in Sussex, Wisconsin, who works with family-owned construction, manufacturing, and skilled-trades businesses across Wisconsin, the upper Midwest, and the Rust Belt.
