You will find information, reports, and statistics below from the Metro Builders Association (MBA), Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) to try and help our members, municipal leaders and home owners better understand issues that come with the development, construction and the remodeling of homes. 

Our hope is you will use this information to understand that every municipal decision matters, the laws must be followed, and everyone needs to be held accountable for their part so that together WE can battle the ongoing housing crisis in Wisconsin and find any way to reduce the cost of housing to make it obtainable to the maximum number of residents as possible.
