Professional Bio

As founder of Dr. Data Decision Intelligence, I design local-first AI applications for organizations that cannot gamble with client data, including coaching, financial advisory, healthcare, legal, and the construction trades. The architecture is the differentiator. No cloud round-trips, no silent data exfiltration, no shadow AI quietly leaking proprietary information through servers you will never see. Just trustworthy AI that runs where your data already lives.
My conviction is grounded in enterprise results, not theory. Across my career I have:
• Lifted AI coding assistant adoption from 12% to 73% across engineering teams
• Cut code rework by 59% and generated roughly $20k in weekly productivity savings
• Built ML lifecycle and governance standards supporting 1,500+ users, saving 92,000+ labor hours a year and $4.6M in productivity gains
Before founding the firm, I spent years inside enterprise machine learning and workforce systems, leading ML lifecycle management, model governance, and analytics strategy, with earlier roles in technical training and instructional design at organizations including AWS and Ernst & Young. That path, from how people learn to how machines decide, is why my systems are built for adoption and not just deployment.
Two proprietary frameworks anchor every engagement. The Skill Threshold Zone (STZ) maps AI readiness and maturity, and VTCO governs human-AI collaboration so expert judgment is encoded into systems people actually trust and use.
I hold a Doctor of Education in Workforce Development Leadership from UW-Stout, graduate degrees from Virginia Tech and George Mason, and completed the MIT Applied Data Science Program.
If you want to adopt AI without handing your data to someone else, let's talk.
