Notice for the membership meeting on December 17th, 2025

We have received a few questions regarding the member meeting on December 17th. There is no registration required for this meeting, and it is free to attend. No food or beverages will be provided at this meeting. If you have any further questions, please contact MBA President, Joe Meyer, or the MBA Executive Officer, Toby Van Sistine. Per the current MBA Bylaws, the 2025 MBA President, Joe Meyer, is calling a Special Meeting of the membership.

Date: Wednesday, December 17th, 2025
Time: 11:00am (meeting is scheduled to take less than an hour – there will not be food or drink provided)
Location: Bullwinkle’s at the Galleria (18900 W Bluemound Rd Suite 100, Brookfield, WI 53045 – registration is not required)

The reason for the meeting is to vote on changes to the MBA Bylaws.  The agenda and support documents for the vote are listed below.
