Kathy Raab is executive director of the Metropolitan Builders Association, a non-profit trade association of companies in the new home construction industry. Kathy has over 30 years experience working with non profit associations with all phases of growth, leadership and management.
Kathy’s work with non-profit organizations involves staying abreast of current issues affecting their specific industry, including governance, strategic planning, membership recruitment and retention and best practice policies & procedures. She has served on several boards within the Madison and Milwaukee areas along with regional and national non-profit boards.
Kathy splits her time between Waukesha and Madison with her husband, four children and their families.
